Purpose

This site provides educational material, self-assessments, and a way to request a working review. Using the site does not create a consulting engagement, partnership, fiduciary relationship, or obligation to purchase.

Assessment outputs

Scores, opportunity ranges, timelines, and recommendations are directional scenarios based on information supplied by the visitor and disclosed assumptions. They are not audited savings, forecasts, guarantees, legal advice, or financial advice.

Commercial engagements

Any Production Win, AI Workflow Decision Sprint, embedded engineering, guarantee, fee, or delivery commitment is governed only by a separate written agreement signed by the parties. Website descriptions do not override that agreement.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or malicious material, or use automated means that degrade service. You are responsible for having authority to share the business information you submit.

Intellectual property

Aule's site design, copy, assessment structure, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use a report generated from your own responses for internal business evaluation.

Availability and liability

The site is provided on an “as available” basis and may change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Aule disclaims implied warranties related to the public site and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on a self-assessment.
