Calculation: planned credits are the sum of six user-entered categories. Proof reserve includes preview, evaluation, regression, and incident retest. The envelope adds the selected contingency to all planned credits. Modeled cost multiplies the envelope by the user-entered credit price. No Microsoft consumption rates are inferred by this tool.
