Local Launch Site scope

The $500 Local Launch Site includes one custom marketing page of up to seven sections, responsive implementation, copy cleanup from client-provided material, basic on-page SEO, domain connection, call/text/quote links, starter privacy and terms templates for attorney review, analytics hooks, and one consolidated revision. It is intended for a focused local-service or small-business offer.

Existing-site review

If the client supplies a current website, Aule will review its publicly visible design, mobile experience, conversion path, indexability, and on-page SEO before website production begins. A public review cannot verify complete ranking, traffic, lead, conversion, backlink, or revenue performance. The client is responsible for supplying accurate Search Console, analytics, or other first-party evidence when existing organic performance may be material.

If Aule recommends keeping the existing site, Aule will not begin the replacement build. The client may request a full refund before production begins or may elect in writing to apply the $500 to another Aule professional service. If Aule recommends improving rather than replacing the existing site, that work requires a separate written scope unless Aule confirms it fits this offer. No specific audit score, ranking improvement, traffic result, or alternative-service recommendation is guaranteed.

Full payment

The full $500 is due through Stripe Checkout before the paid-client production brief unlocks or work begins. This is one payment, not a deposit; no second $250 payment is due. Third-party costs such as domain registration, paid hosting, stock media, software subscriptions, and advertising spend are not included unless expressly stated.

Same-day first look

The first-look window starts only after full payment and receipt of a complete production brief, requested logo, usable photos or other media, services, service area, contact details, approvals, requested existing-site performance evidence, and other required inputs. Complete packages received by 12:00 p.m. Central Time on a business day receive a private first-draft preview by 8:00 p.m. Central Time that day. Complete packages received later, on a weekend, or on a federal holiday receive the preview by 10:00 a.m. Central Time on the next business day. Aule will notify the client if an essential input is missing. Client delays, access delays, material scope changes, third-party outages, and events outside Aule’s reasonable control pause the window. If Aule misses the unpaused first-look deadline, the client may request a full refund before requesting revisions, approving, or using the draft.

Launch-or-Credit Promise

One consolidated revision round is included and is normally returned within one business day after Aule receives complete revision notes. If the client still chooses not to launch the revised site, the client may request a $500 Aule service credit within two business days after delivery of that revised preview. The credit is valid for 12 months from issue, is non-transferable, has no cash value, and applies to Aule professional-service fees. It does not apply to third-party costs, usage fees, advertising spend, or recurring subscriptions. Any unused balance remains available until the credit expires. A client choosing the credit may not use the rejected site or its copy, design, code, or files, which remain Aule’s property.

Cancellation and revisions

A client may request cancellation and a full refund before submitting the completed production brief or before Aule begins production, whichever occurs first. Once production begins, refunds are limited to a missed unpaused first-look deadline or remedies required by law. Additional revision rounds or a changed scope require a separate purchase or written scope.

Review and launch

A private preview may be delivered through a Vercel link and Aule review portal. Client approval sends the project to Aule’s Brennan/Haley final-review gate; it does not automatically deploy to production. Production deployment occurs after client approval, Aule’s final sweep, and any domain access required for launch.

Optional offers

The 5-City Search Expansion is a one-time $250 purchase for five additional city-targeted service pages built with the main site. The $99 Website Conversion Blueprint is delivered within two business days and is credited toward a Local Launch Site purchased within 30 days, reducing that later checkout to $401. The Aule CRM + Automations Launch is $1,500 due at purchase and includes CRM setup plus a 30-day launch period; the CRM platform is then $97 per month until cancelled. The recurring amount and start date are disclosed again before that purchase.

CRM messaging and compliance

Clients purchasing CRM or messaging automation are responsible for lawful contact lists, consent, message content, opt-out handling, carrier requirements, and their own privacy disclosures. Messaging usage, phone numbers, email sending, premium integrations, and other pass-through provider costs may be separate if disclosed before activation.

Excluded work

Ecommerce, portals, custom applications, a CMS, a full brand identity, ongoing SEO, paid advertising management, custom photography, and work outside the listed scope are excluded unless separately purchased or agreed in writing.

Ownership and client materials

After full payment and launch, the client owns the final site files and client-supplied content. Aule Intelligence retains its pre-existing tools, production methods, prompts, skills, and reusable code. The client confirms it has permission to use every supplied text, logo, photo, video, document, trademark, and claim.

No outcome guarantee

Aule guarantees the stated deliverable, first-look deadline remedy, and Launch-or-Credit Promise. Aule does not guarantee a specific number of rankings, leads, calls, appointments, or sales. Results depend on the offer, reputation, traffic, follow-up, market, and factors outside the website.

Legal-page templates and legal review

Any privacy policy, terms page, disclaimer, accessibility statement, or other legal-language template supplied by Aule is general information. It is not legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Laws and obligations vary by business and jurisdiction. The client is responsible for having qualified counsel review and approve all legal language and for ensuring the website and business comply with applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aule does not warrant that template language is complete or suitable for the client’s circumstances and is not liable for the client’s reliance on unreviewed template language. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
