Privacy policy

Information we collect

The registration and paid-client brief may collect contact information, business and location details, products and services, service cities, ideal-customer descriptions, brand direction, domain and CRM providers, approval contacts, URLs, and notes. Clients may also upload logos, photos, videos, documents, certifications, and other project media. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, secret API keys, or sensitive personal information through the brief or media uploader.

Payments

Stripe collects and processes payment-card details on its hosted checkout. Aule receives transaction identifiers, payment status, customer contact details, and purchase information, but does not receive or store the complete card number.

How information is used

We use submitted information to assess scope, evaluate a current public website, process purchases, create an agent-ready production brief, produce and deploy the requested site or product, operate the review and revision workflow, configure purchased CRM services, provide support, prevent fraud, and maintain business records.

AI-assisted production

Aule may use Codex, Claude Code, or other approved AI-assisted development systems to organize the brief, create copy and code, process client-supplied project materials, apply revisions, and prepare deployments. Human review remains required before production launch. Clients should submit only information and media they are authorized to have processed for this purpose.

Storage and service providers

Project records and private media may be stored with Supabase. Preview and production sites may be hosted with Vercel. Payments are handled by Stripe. We may share limited information with other providers needed to deliver the purchased service, comply with law, or protect the service. We do not sell personal information.

Analytics and advertising

We may use first-party analytics, PostHog, and Meta advertising measurement to understand visits, registrations, checkout starts, and purchases. These services may set cookies or receive browser and device information.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry, transaction, project, and review records only as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, support, legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and backup purposes. Private access tokens and signed media-upload links are used to reduce public exposure, but no online service can promise perfect security.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete eligible inquiry or project information by calling or texting (314) 910-7462. Some transaction and legal records may need to be retained.
